Finance and Administrative Affairs Specialist

Financial and Administrative Affairs Specialist is responsible for managing the company’s financial processes, assisting with organizing administrative tasks, and generally supporting the company’s operations. This role monitors the company’s financial health through financial analysis, contributes to budget management, and ensures the effective execution of administrative duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, finance, economics, or a related field

• 1-3 years of experience in financial processes

• Proficiency in MS Office programs

• Intermediate to advanced English language skills

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Experience with EDMS (Electronic Document Management Systems) is preferred

• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach

Job Description

• Manage the company’s financial processes and prepare financial reports

• Contribute to budget planning and monitor budget performance

• Track invoicing, collections, and payments

• Assist in organizing administrative tasks, including the supply of office materials

• Document Control and Archiving: Ensure all documents are reviewed, organized, and archived. Safely maintain both physical and digital documents.

• Handle HR processes and personnel file management

• Ensure the company’s tax procedures are followed in compliance with legal regulations
